The formulation for this beard butter has been a year in the making. Choosing only the best ingredients to nourish your beard. This whipped beard butter will nourish your beard leaving it hydrated, soft and healthy. It is also great for dry damaged hands during the cold months of winter. Use desired amount in hands, rub together and the butter will instantly melt.

Raw African Shea Butter: Shea Butter provides moisture to dry or damaged hair. It also absorbs quickly into the skin to rehydrate without clogging pores. Shea butter helps to rejuvenate hair follicles, providing a better environment for healthy hair growth.

Kokum Butter: Kokum butter is rich in vitamin E that benefits hair and skin health. Kokum butter is high in essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids like omega-3 and omega-6 help your body sustain healthy skin cell membranes to prevent damage. Polyunsaturated fats also contribute to a healthier and more balanced moisture barrier. A healthy natural barrier is a key component of keeping your skin and hair plump and hydrated.

Virgin Coconut Oil: Virgin coconut oil can help improve circulation of the blood to the hair, because of which, more nutrients are carried to the hair through the blood. It also helps your hair regain the moisture that it often loses in the dry and cold seasons. It helps prevent flakey dandruff as it contains fatty acids along with Vitamins E and K.

Jojoba Oil: It is rich in vitamins and minerals that nourish hair, including vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin E, copper, and zinc. It helps prevents a dry and itchy beard, as well as an anti-inflammatory and skin moisturizer. Cupuacu Butter: This butter absorbs water, (which is why it is used in my shave soaps) it’s ideal for sealing in the moisture in your hair. It has hydrating properties thanks to the high levels phytosterols found within it and these help it work as a moisturizer for dry, frizzy hair. Cupuacu butter is packed with nutrients for your hair, including antioxidants and vitamins. It has a high fatty acid content, being rich in five of the main fatty acids in the fatty acid profile. Fatty acids are important for hair health because they help stimulate hair growth at the follicle, combat dandruff and dry scalp, and they increase the amount of shine in the hair. Our cupuacu butter is extracted only by cold -press method - no harmful chemicals are ever used.

The butter contains Fatty Acids such as Lauric Acid and Myristic Acid, which help restore your skin’s moisture barrier and improve your skin’s hydration. Organic Cocoa Butter: Moisturizes your hair and strengthens the hair shaft.

Apricot Kernal Oil: Apricot seed oil is rich in nutrients like proteins, soluble sugars, and fibers and unsaturated fatty acids like oleic and linoleic acid (Lee, H., Ahn, J., Kwon. 2014). The oil is rich in plant antioxidants as it is a good source of vitamins A and C but also have vitamins E, K, and even niacin. They have a huge mineral content including copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous and potassium. It has excellent softening and moisturizing properties that aid skin, scalp, and hair as it helps skin retain its elasticity and suppleness.

Beeswax: Moisturizes and seals the hair and assists with hair growth. We use a very small percentage of Beeswax in our product, only enough to hold the butters and oils together.
