Return Policy:

  • Our general return policy lasts for 30 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item includes its original packaging and provide proof of purchase or enough information for us to locate your order.

  • If you bought one of our name brand products elsewhere and are unhappy or need help, please reach out to us for support!

Non-returnable items:

  • Used razor blades

Partial refund eligibility:

  • Items not reasonably in original condition or clearly well used.
  • Items with damaged or missing parts unrelated to our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Often, we'll try to sell these as pre-owned on our marketplace to recoup costs, so a small restocking (10-25%) fee may apply with your return depending on the age and condition.


  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival and the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment, typically within 3-5 days.

Late or missing refunds:
