Return Policy:
- Our general return policy lasts for 30 days.
- To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the item includes its original packaging and provide proof of purchase or enough information for us to locate your order.
- If you have any questions, please reach out to us so we can assist you further.
- If you bought one of our name brand products elsewhere and are unhappy or need help, please reach out to us for support!
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sample products
- Used razor blades
Partial refund eligibility:
- Items not reasonably in original condition or clearly well used.
- Items with damaged or missing parts unrelated to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Often, we'll try to sell these as pre-owned on our marketplace to recoup costs, so a small restocking (10-25%) fee may apply with your return depending on the age and condition.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival and the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment, typically within 3-5 days.
Late or missing refunds:
- If you haven't received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as there may be processing time involved.

Exchanges:
- We gladly replace items that are defective, damaged, or not suitable due to scent upon arrival.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
