Over the years, Murphy & McNeil has grown into more than just a shop. It’s a community of passionate wet shaving and grooming enthusiasts. Through the grooming goods we make ourselves, and the marketplace we provide to other artisans and enthusiasts, our fellow hobbyists are always welcome to share hard-to-find, classic, and unique products with others who appreciate them most.
Murphy & McNeil is also a small, family-run operation. We’ve gotten smaller the last two years as during this season of our life, our family schedule and work schedules are especially full, and I want to be transparent that this can sometimes mean slightly longer handling times for orders that ship directly from us, as well as occasional delays in responding to messages. This can also mean we may need a little extra time to respond to messages from our sellers. That said, we are always here. If you reach out, you will receive a response, and we remain just as committed as ever to making sure every order and any issue that arises is taken care of properly.
Shipping Information
Orders from Murphy and McNeil, Murphy and McNeil Pre-Owned Shaving, and MM Consigns typically ship within 3–7 days of the order date. These items ship directly from us, and we work to clear our list and ensure pickup as often as possible weekly.
Orders placed with other vendors on the platform ship directly from those vendors. Shipping times may vary, though most vendors ship within 48 hours. Regardless of the vendor, we monitor all orders placed through the platform and every purchase is backed by Murphy & McNeil. When you sell or buy with us, you can be assured that you’ve got a neutral 3rd party absolutely committed to a great buyer and seller experience!
